Really nice hotel that was maybe a 10-minute drive to the Cité (medieval city). The staff was very nice and accommodating. They kindly kept our freezer packs in their freezers in a bag so we could keep our food cold the next day as we continued our travels. There is a bar and restaurant on site which we used for dinner. The food was great. We had a familial room with a fold out couch. It was nice the couch was already unfolded and bed was made when we came in. AC unit was quiet and worked well. The hotel also serves breakfast, but we didn't eat there. We stopped by a boulangerie called Marie Blachère which was only a couple minutes away, as we were heading out of town. They also had coffee/hot drinks to go and even a sandwich shop. We didn't use the pool but it was secured with a gate and there were lounging chairs, chairs and tables. Plenty of room in the parking lot which is also secured at night. Overall we had a great stay!

A great place from which to base a visit to Carcassonne on our through France. Althoughabout a mile away from the old city it proved not far to get to although the hotel had its own restaurant where the breakfast and dinner menus were very good. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough and I can't put enough value on the their pool in which to soak and moan about the hot weather.

To be honest with you, everything. Good sized room, good sized bathroom, friendly and helpful staff. Everything worked and was clean and tidy. The beds were the most comfortable I've slept in yet on our 3 tour,, and a good big breakfast to boot.

Nicholas

Only stayed for one night. Staff were lovely, so helpful. Our room wasn't large but was SO clean, with the Covid situation, that was one on my main concerns.

Gray

The pool was perfect on a hot days travel. Rooms where clean and the air con was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
