All staff were so friendly and helpful going the extra mile and looked as if they were really enjoying their work and customers The 2 girls smiling and friendly at reception and both men in restaurant couldn’t do enough for us Have not got better service in many 4 star hotels Accomodation basic clean and comfortable

A great place from which to base a visit to Carcassonne on our through France. Althoughabout a mile away from the old city it proved not far to get to although the hotel had its own restaurant where the breakfast and dinner menus were very good. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough and I can't put enough value on the their pool in which to soak and moan about the hot weather.

To be honest with you, everything. Good sized room, good sized bathroom, friendly and helpful staff. Everything worked and was clean and tidy. The beds were the most comfortable I've slept in yet on our 3 tour,, and a good big breakfast to boot.

The friendly welcome. Facilities and space in the room. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast.
